Welp, its been a little over three weeks and my @oneroomchallenge space is still looking good. My husband tends to navigate to this bathroom first, over all other bathrooms 🤨, and every time he uses it, I go in after to make sure things are still where they should be. I did have to remind him when changing the toilet paper roll to please put the toilet paper back on the holder and not leave it on the counter😑 other than that, no beef🙃 📸 @hannahlozanophoto

Man, you home bloggers always have such pretty organized spaces!!! How do you do it? Welp, the lie detector determined that was/is/always is a LIE. I can’t be efficient and effective if I am always striving for perfection if that makes sense. I like pretty spaces, but having them lived and serving their purpose makes them even better. There is a huge stack of papers, a hair dye box (not sure why that’s even in here🤔) and other crap that accumulated in my office this week. I’ll clean it up, and it will be back to this by next week and I am okay with that. Desk, chair, center painting, and vase from Goodwill a few years ago. Happy FriDIY good folks! PS- a few tanks still in the shop.

When we completed our master closet makeover a few months ago, and even the powder room makeover, many of you noticed how hands on my husband is in most of my projects, even if he is just lending me the muscle to carry out a task. Welp! Let me tell you a secret... most of the things that I do around the house, he doesn’t even agree with! I always have to sell my ideas to him and guess what? It annoys the hell out of me. But since I’ve been tackling projects since 2012, I’ve got the convincing part down to a science and I’m spilling all my secrets in today’s blog post! I am no stranger to peel and stick wallpaper. My son’s room was the first space that I ever tackled with this type of wallpaper then I was hooked. Its been 2 years and I still love his wall. Happy Monday. Not sure of the last time I’ve introduced myself but I wanted to do a quick intro! I’m Erin, and I am originally from the Soufside of Chicago... Southside for you more proper folks😂 I am a human mom, dog mom, and wife. I work a full-time job, yes FULL-Time and manage my blogging/creative business full-time as well. I took Japanese as a foreign language from 1st-12th grade but I am still not fluent (blame immaturity😣), but I can still read most letters. My favorite foods are super spicy, not like wimpy spicy but face numbing spicy. I would rather build an entire table than do a small craft project... blame my fat fingers. That’s about it.
