I don’t believe I ever shared a reveal of our kitchen makeover that we did last Spring. My apologies! Here, I shared what was at the time, the current state of our kitchen in this blog post , but it dawned on me that I never came back with an update. Here are some ways we made our small kitchen feel fancy.
As a flashback, our kitchen looked like this:

After our makeover, our kitchen now looks like this:

Taking Cabinets and Tile to the ceiling:

Our ceiling are 8ft, so by taking our tile and cabinets to the ceiling, it made the space feel larger.

The tiles are the La Riviera Blanc Ceramic Subway tiles from Tile Club. They are a beautiful non star white color, which I had a hard time finding.
Adding a Pot filler:

I’ve only seen pot fillers in larger more fancy kitchens, so when the time came for our update, I thought it would be a great addition to fancy the space up some. So we had to have the some plumbing extended, but we love it!
Hiding Small Appliances:

When you are working with a small footprint, counter space is a premium. We opted to have power added in a couple of our cabinets and have our small appliances like the air fryer, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker permanently hidden away. Keeps the counters clutter free!
Counter Depth Fridge:

So that’s our new kitchen in a nutshell. We are very happy with it!
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for stopping by! Until next time.
