The first official project of 2024 is underway, the basement bathroom. We’ve done so much work in the basement and now we are finally working on the bathroom and butlers pantry.
Here is how the 2 spaces looked before:
It was literally a dumping ground for all things I wanted out of my sight..
Because of the size, I was able to split it into two and frame it out for a bathroom with a full shower, and the other side will be used as a butlers pantry/storage closet. Here it is in its framed state.

Here are my plans currently for each space:
There will be several DIY’s taking place in these spaces, but the main things such as framing and drywall will be done by my contractor. I also had the electrical and plumbing done professionally as well.
So stay tuned for the progress in this space. I am excited as this project has been a long time coming!
Until next time!
