I absolutely love creating tablescapes. They are the easiest way for me to express myself creatively, in a way that feels most natural. Honestly. creating them comes pretty easily to me, so I wanted to share with you my 4 tried and true ways to create a beautiful Thanksgiving tablescape.
First, it comes down to the vibe in which you are trying to present. For my table this year, I wanted it to feel neutral, organic, and textured and layered.
With that feeling being my focus, I used my table runner that felt the most natural and organic in look and texture. From there, I added in layers of greenery, using a mix of faux Eucalyptus and white willow garland.
After that, I layered in this two tone (cream and metallic gold/bronze) dishware. It is stunning! Simple dishwater allows other elements to shine. Gold flatware is always a good choice. I love mine.
I also added a couple of chargers in different textures and tones for my Thanksgiving tablescape. These are similar to my brushed gold ones. Here are the ones similar to my woven ones. Again, creating a stunning visual.
Lastly, candle, vases and other items that may be unexpected always make a table look pretty. For mine, I added this trio of white vases, seasonal candles, and even some bronze thrifted candlesticks and cranes.
All together, it makes for a beautiful setting for Thanksgiving.
I always keep tapered candles around, because they set the mood for any space.
Now your Thanksgiving tablescape is ready to host family and friends.
