Happy Tuesday! I wanted this post to go out so bad last week…so so bad. But I got a major bug and was sick last Tuesday all the way through Saturday. I am just getting back to feeling like myself, but I am still working through some weak points. Being sick sucks so bad. But anyway, I wanted to give you a quick guest bathroom update now that the trim is complete. I didn’t get to do any major work last week due to sickness, but as promised I wanted you guys to have a weekly update.
So far so good right? I used the same process to install this trim as I did in this post tutorial and it took less than 30 min from start to finish. I always suggest getting your wood pieces cut in the store so once you get home you are ready to go.
We even got a bit of backerboard put down. Since I got sick last week, we didn’t get to finish so we will be completing this this week. I will explain more next week by backer board in a important underlayment for tile and a more in depth tutorial on how to install.
In the picture above, you also get a sneak peak of the mirror that I selected for this space.
I bought the same mirror that I have in my family room, but for this space I needed a silver base.
I just used some silver leaf rub n buff to quickly give it a change.
So that’s it for this week. Hopefully I am well enough this week to get the flooring put down this week. We shall see.
