A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I got to take my son to his first baseball game here in Atlanta at Turner Field. This particular game was the Atlanta Braves vs. the Chicago White Sox.If you follow me on IG then you know that I refer to him as #toddlerjules. Part of my whole motto of “living pretty on a penny” is creating a
multitude of life experiences for myself and my family on a budget that works for us. So when we got the opportunity to score Atlanta Braves tickets
for $13 a piece, and #toddlerjules’ ticket being free, we couldn’t pass
up on this deal.
When we arrived, the young lady who greeted us to take our tickets was super nice and told us to make sure that we get our boy a certificate that commemorated his first game. They gave these out inside at one of the booths in Scouts Alley.
After that, we just kinda absorbed everything. Turner Field is huuuuge and it was pretty hot. But the little one was in awe of everything going on around him and I just love seeing him taking it all in.
I am so glad that we got to experience this as a family. We also had a few hot dogs, but I didn’t photograph them very well, so I chose not to share. They were some type of specialty hot dogs and they were good!!
You can check out #toddlerjules enjoying the remainder of the french fries while checking out the game. I love watching my baby boy grow up and seeing him experience this part of life and being here to see it makes me feel so blessed.
Thank you all for following along. Until next time. Have a great week!
It looks like #ToddlerJules had a great time! I remember my first Atlanta Braves game with my parents, in the old Turner Field Stadium. I had a blast! I can't wait to share the experience with my husband and daughter!
Looks like you all had a wonderful time!
